The Department of Textile Technology conducted a campus drive on 05/12/2025 by Shahi Exports, Bangalore. The Vice President of Operations, Srikanth, along with Laxman and Aravind from Shahi Exports, was warmly welcomed by Dr. V. M. Patil (Principal), Akshay P. (Placement Officer), and the Head of the Department of Textile Technology.

The placement drive for the academic year 2025-26 took place at the Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti Campus, organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The recruiters, Ms Jyothi Gangal, founder, Mr Shivputra, co-founder, and Ms Rekha, business executive of Red Elemental - I Pvt. Ltd., addressed the students and provided an overview of the company profile, job roles, and salary packages.

The Department of Textile Technology at Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti achieved nearly 100% placement for the academic year 2024-25. Students secured positions in companies, including Shahi Exports Private Limited, Texport Overseas Private Limited, and Silver Crest Private Limited. The management, principal, Deans, and staff extended their congratulations to all the students who were placed and wished them success in their future endeavors.
