World Environment Day - 2025

Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti observed World Environment Day in collaboration with the Gadag and Binkadkatti forest department, involving both students and faculty.The event began with a sapling planting initiative on campus, led by Shri Sachin Patilji, Secretary , RTE Society, and Dr. V M Patil, Principal, who highlighted the college's continuous dedication to environmental stewardship.

Students from all disciplines participated in planting the saplings, thereby drawing attention to grassroots conservation efforts. Approximately 150 saplings were planted at various locations across the 45-acre college campus to encourage reforestation efforts within the campus. Mr. Puneet Patil, the NSS officer, coordinated with students and staff to plant all saplings.
