15-Day Pre-Placement Training Programme for V Semester Students


Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti successfully conducted a 15-Day Pre-Placement Training Programme for the V Semester 2026–27 Batch from 3rd to 17th August 2026, in association with QSpiders, Bengaluru.


Organised by the Department of Training & Placement, the programme was designed to enhance students’ employability and prepare them to confidently face recruitment processes. The training focused on developing essential technical and aptitude skills required by the software industry.


During the programme, students received structured training and practical exposure aimed at strengthening their foundation in areas relevant to placement examinations and technical interviews. The sessions also helped students understand industry expectations, improve problem-solving abilities and build confidence for upcoming placement opportunities.


The initiative reflects the commitment of Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti, to providing students with industry-oriented training and creating a strong bridge between academic learning and professional careers.


The Department of Training & Placement sincerely appreciates the support and guidance extended by the Management, Principal, faculty members, trainers from QSpiders Bengaluru, and all participating students for making the programme a meaningful and successful initiative.
