Founders Day Celebration – 101st Birth Anniversary of Late Sri K H Patil

Rural Technical Education Society’s, Hulkoti will commemorate Founders Day on 16th March 2026, marking the 101st Birth Anniversary of our Founder Chairman, Late Sri K H Patil.
Late Sri K H Patil, fondly known as “Hulkoti Huli” (Tiger of Hulkoti), was a prominent leader, former minister, and a pioneering figure in Karnataka’s cooperative movement. He is often remembered as the “Bhishma of the Cooperative Movement” for his remarkable contribution to strengthening cooperative institutions across the state.
Throughout his distinguished public life, he served in several important roles including Panchayat President, State Minister, and President of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC). Known for his integrity, dedication, and humanitarian approach to politics, Sri K H Patil devoted his life to public service and the welfare of society. His values and vision continue to guide the institutions established under the Rural Technical Education Society (RTES).
To honor his legacy and commemorate this special occasion, the following events will be organized on the RTES campus:
Inauguration of the New Block of Ladies Hostel
Satyanarayana Pooja at the RTE Society Campus
Blood Donation Camp as part of the Founders Day celebration to promote social responsibility and support healthcare needs.
Students, staff, and members of the public are invited to participate in these events and pay tribute to the great visionary whose efforts laid the foundation for educational and social development in the region.
