ECE Students Shine at National Conferences

Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti is proud to announce that students from the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) department have achieved remarkable success at two prestigious conferences, showcasing excellence in research, innovation, and presentation skills.
At Vaibhav 2k26 – AI in EV, held on 27th March 2026 at Jain College of Engineering and Technology, Hubballi, the team secured First Place in the paper presentation event for their research titled “AI-Based Regenerative Braking Optimization.” Their work demonstrated innovative application of Artificial Intelligence in Electric Vehicles, earning high appreciation from the judges.
In another significant achievement, the same team was awarded the Best Paper Award at Global Fusion ICMRTET 2026 (Third International Conference on Multi-disciplinary Research Trends in Engineering and Technology), conducted on 25th March 2026 at *Smt. Kamala and Sri Venkappa M. Agadi College of Engineering & Technology, Laxmeshwar, Gadag. Their paper titled “Real-Time Grain Storage Monitoring System” was recognized for its practical relevance and impactful contribution to smart monitoring solutions.
The award-winning team comprises:Manoj R, Rahul R, Basavraj M, and Manjunath M, students of the ECE department.
